How to Enter: To submit a blog entry follow the instructions in
Rule #5. Neither Hyland’s Inc. nor any of its representatives or
agencies are responsible for lost, late, and/or misdirected
entries. All entries are the property of Hyland’s Inc.
Rule #3
What to Enter: Write an original blog entry 300 words or less
and include a photo of your most excruciating Poison Ivy, Poison
Oak or Poison Sumac rash. Get fellow bloggers, friends and
family to vote and rate your blog entry as the best blog entry.
To submit an entry, include your
1.Name
2. Mailing Address
3. Telephone Number (with area code)
4. Email Address
5. Geographical location of where you encountered the poison
ivy/oak/sumac
6. Age
7. Essay 300 words or less about your rash, getting the rash,
etc.
8. A photo of your excruciating rash.
By submitting your entry you are granting Hyland’s Inc. and its respective parents, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers permission to post the submitted image and story on bashtherash.com and other marketing and advertising communications, and you are granting a non-exclusive license for Hyland’s Inc. to use your submission, your likeness and your biographical information for any and all purposes related to this blog, including promotional purposes, in any medium, without limitation. In submitting a photo and story, you are representing that you have the right to publish the photo and story as your own materials. Entries must not include images or copy that infringe upon someone else’s copyright, trademark or license. Any breach of copyright, trademark or license will be the sole responsibility of the submitter.
All comments, uploads and trackbacks to the Bash the Rash blog, will be moderated. Hyland’s Inc. reserves the right to approve or decline any posts in its sole discretion and all decisions are final.

How to Get Votes: Once you have submitted your blog entry and
photo or movie, get friends, family and fellow bloggers to vote
for your entry.
